John was excellent and highly respectful. Very responsive.

I come to this property everytime I'm in Chicago area. John ( bartender) is a big reason. Friendly and a very nice man. I usually will eat and have a drink or two on a 3 day business trip.

Good space in the room and nice having a fridge.

Our room on 5th flood and one of the elevators was not working, issue since Wednesday according to guests there for a soccer tournament. Also, no hot water in the morning 8am, both sink and shower, the water was cold didn't even warm up.

Hands down - best bar tender at any Hilton property! John remembers us by name including our beverages and goes out of his way - even though we are only here 5-6x/year. It’s amazing. He embodies service and caring about guests. It means so much to us. Because of him, this is the only place we stay when we head thru Chicago. The staff puts us in the same room and the property is well managed. Applause for John and all around. Thank you.

What stood out most was how down-to-earth and authentic he is. In a world where service can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, John made the experience feel personal. He created an environment that was welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable, which made a lasting impression on me. It’s rare to come across someone who naturally makes you feel like more than just a customer. John is one of those people. His friendliness, professionalism, and genuine personality truly set him apart. I wish more people in the service industry carried themselves the way he does. If you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping by, I highly recommend grabbing a drink and spending a few minutes at the bar—you’ll be glad you did.
