Great place to stay, but truly John and Sergio make this feel like home. The attention to detail and customer care I have never experienced while travelling. They make the hotel kitchen and bar feel like you've always been coming here and always welcome back.

We missed our connection at O'Hare and this was the closest available hotel that night. We were certainly glad of that, and pleasantly surprised by the reasonable room rates. Sympathetic welcome at check-in in the early hours was also appreciated. After a good night's sleep in a quiet, comfortable, clean room, we ended up being too late for breakfast. Good value, and worth considering if you're in the area (unexpectedly in our case).

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and hotel feels new, even though it isn’t. Bartender/morning waiter John is the best. He goes above and beyond his job duties to make sure you are taken care of. This hotel makes me feel like home.
