Its a great place to rest and its in a quiet place

I didn't like that I only had 2 night to enjoy everything I hope that next time I stay longer

A very quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Sedona, offering great value for money. It’s conveniently located near attractions like Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Devil’s Bridge. I preferred staying here at a lower cost and simply driving into Sedona and to the hiking trails. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean.

The property is a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. While I personally liked the location, it may not suit everyone, as there isn’t much to do in the evenings and the neighborhood is very quiet—it really depends on what you’re looking for. The main drawback is the breakfast: the complimentary options are quite limited, typically including cereals, a small bagel or sweet bun, and coffee.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was what I expected based on the website's description. Good selection of healthy food options such as cereal, muffins, bagels, hardboiled eggs, fruit, coffee, tea (breakfast and flavored) with no "fake" scrambled eggs or overcooked bacon/sausage. Staff was very friendly and attentive - Savannah gave me a short tour when I arrived and showed me where everything was. Very good location allowing for a restful stay, yet within close proximity to Sedona. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was close to family, the main reason for picking the property. Rooms were clean and comfortable

They offer a "Free" continental breakfast. But the "free" choices were limited, many items were available for sale, and signage directed a choice of one free item and charges if you wanted more. I reccomend that you either include the breakfast or don't, and list the property that way. The current policy is not guest friendly.

Friendly, cozy, nice fire area and use of grill

Could have some dinner plates and metal utensils instead of plastic for when people want to cook on grill...
