We loved the location. It was close to Montezuma's Well and Sedona, but out in the quiet country. The hotel was comfortable and quaint. The manager, Frank, was personable and very helpful.

"I will stay there again because it is in a great location with peace and quiet."

The beds were nice and firm and you could smell the fresh clean sheets. The atmosphere was excellent, especially the balcony. However, it was way too cold to use it.

The room was dark even with all the lamps. The bathroom was very small, especially the bathtub, if you wanted to take a bath. The staff was very friendly.

I was able to park close to my room and I’m on crutches so that was helpful. The tub would’ve been nice, but there wasn’t wasn’t one available downstairs. A three point deer walked in front of me near the parking lot. The property is charming!

Having a tub or a hot tub would have been therapeutic.
