The position in Padma St is perfect staff are of high quality I love this hidden treasure.

We enjoyed a quick 4 night stay here, family of 4, 6 and 8 year old kids. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach and it's central to shopping and resturants. The room was spacious albeit a single sofa bed only, so the one child was in the king bed with us. Our balcony was too hot to sit on, with aircon units blowing hot air straight onto us. The bathroom was very nice. The gardens and pool area was beautiful. There's is not enough seating for all guests. Would recommend this place for short stays, groups or those wanting an affordable option that is not old.

Rama Garden is a great smaller hotel with a family feel. The staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Brekky was nice and tasty and the location in Legian suited us perfectly. We will stay here again in the future. Thanks Rama Garden Team 👍

The front desk staff were not at all helpful, most disappointing. Our room was at the back in a dark corner, no lighting on the stairs. room 205, avoid this room. toilet and shower leaked. we asked to be moved but had to ask several times. then after 3 nights, were moved one along. wow. so no ground floor for us despite being promised one for the last few nights of our 10 night stay. Very mean! other staff were fantastic excellent in fact, Breakfast good! we got very ill and ended up visiting the hospital. front desk lady didn't even consider moving us to help us be more comfortable.

Great quiet place, staff are amazing very trustworthy. I heard rooms had recently been renovated but the room we stayed in had a few leaking issues and broken tiles, but the aircon worked and bed was comfy and room was clean.

Lovely small hotel which feels very exclusive and special. Lovely food and clean.
