Rama Garden Hotel

It was a secret but it’s out there now. I love staying there nice and quiet more for the older person close to every thing great restaurants in walking distance. Thumbs up.

Great small Hotel friendly room staff who couldn't do enough, Reaturant was good staff very nice but at time seemed short handed at meal time with a lot of walkin business. Only suggestion room needs a Guest Information pack on what hotel has to offer Room service, menu, Laundry etc after 8 days we were still not sure what was on offer. Also a bar/Restrurant member taking orders around pool would offer great service and extra income for the facility

We love this property it is always clean. Food is lovely. Prices are reasonable and they are always accommodating.

Great place to stay, happy helpful staff. The beds were amazing, great pillows.

First room allocated was an old room that hadn’t been part of the last renovation. It smelt damp and had a mouldy smell. I notified reception and was moved upstairs into a cheaper room with no refund offered. This is the second time I have had this experience at this hotel. Clearly there is a problem with the rooms that haven’t been renovated. I expect an apology and explanation as to why they still offer rooms that smell. I explained to the reception staff that I was unhappy that this is an ongoing problem that hasn’t been rectified from a year ago. Make sure you ask for a renovated room if you intend on staying at this hotel,

The actual hotel part of the complex was fine and some of the staff very helpful and friendly. However, staff in the restaurant were not particularly friendly and at times openly dismissive on my Indonesian partner; while, generally friendly to 'western' customers.

Great beds. Breakfast was a little lacking. Sometimes the fruit was old and the pastries seemed past their use by date. Pool ladder needs to replaced with a more suitable one for older people. Very hard to get out. Watched a man who had had a stroke fall back in and injure himself because of the ladder.

Fantastic location. Pool is lovely. Nice and quiet and can always get a pool bed. Restaurant is so good. The staff can’t do enough for you. Will definitely be back

Some guest should not be allow out of Australia management shown no control re their rule breaking by allowing them to drink in the pool.with clear signage informing guesty not to take bottles or glasses within Pool.

Love this place always busy a hotel for the oldies. Close to the beach and all great restaurants and shopping.👍👍👍👍👍
