The staff were amazing, the amenities just stunning, beautiful gardens and pool area. The breakfast selection was outstanding. Would recommend for families and people who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Definitely will be back

Our favourite spot in Bali. The setting is perfect with immaculate gardens right on the ocean and away from the crowds. Fantastic restaurant with the waves right under the window, great food and wonderful staff. The rooms are well appointed and the beds and ensuites are luxurious. Was an incredible experience visiting Ramayana in Candidasa. The staff are really friendly and the service are at the best. You find everything that you can imagine regarding massage, food and tranquility.

What a great choice of hotel. Lovely accommodation, great food and very friendly staff. Only spent 3 nights there as we were traveling around Bali but would certainly recommend this hotel.

A return visit to Ramayana did not disappoint. It was lovely to come back to the resort for a very restful stay. The resort offers a perfect mix of relaxed luxury and Balinese culture and hospitality. The gardens are amazing and create a beautiful peaceful atmosphere so make sure you take time to walk the grounds and take them in. The staff really take pride in the resort surrounds. Rooms are clean, private, spacious and beds very comfortable. There are room options for various budgets. The pool is located by the ocean and a relaxing place to sit and take in the views. Garpu restaurant has a well stocked breakfast buffet, good coffee. The dinner Menu offers great meat and seafood platter specials, (served with a Balinese drum ceremony!) and it’s worth booking dinner on the night they do the traditional Balinese dancing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and are a credit to the resort. A special shout out to staff Oki, Kadek, Pesik, Oki and Loka. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Simply magical. The resort is small and relaxing. Beautiful rooms and gardens with amazing staff. The area is perfect for experiencing village culture and traditional sights. Love that it’s quieter and not for party goers.

I was humiliated twice at the reception! They laughed at me and treated me condescendingly! It’s unacceptable to speak in a language your guest doesn’t understand just to make fun of them with your colleague. You were laughing at me, the person bringing money into your hotel! At the restaurant, the service is extremely slow – 30 minutes for a drink, over an hour for food, even when the restaurant is empty. The food quality is mediocre at best. And since there is only one small fan in the whole place, get ready to feel like you’re in a sauna while eating. With my parents, they tried to charge us for items they never consumed. There were days the room was cleaned, and days when we had to ask for it. The beach is practically unusable. As for the mosquitos – I saw no efforts made to reduce or control them, and it made it very difficult to sleep. Overall, we wouldn’t have minded because the hotel isn’t very expensive – BUT since nobody was kind to us and the overall attitude was poor, I’d say: pay more and stay somewhere where guests are actually valued – not just treated like walking wallets.

Beautiful hotel and gardens, ocean front swimming pool and restaurant. Deluxe room was clean and comfortable, although 70 stairs up to 3rd floor and at back of resort. Garden villas would be a great choice. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Beautiful pool area and significantly cheaper than hotels of a similar standard in the more popular parts of Bali. Candidasa is very nice too if you’re liking for something a little more laid back.

A Great Resort💯 Excellent service, all the staff extremely helfull and friendly. A resort with eyegasm view; their restaurant and pool area facing to the ocean🏝 They also have gym—with garden view, (but sadly we forgot to bring our sports clothes huhu)
