Sehr liebe Gastgeber, super Personal. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Schöner Garten mit Whirlpool und Pool. Gutes Frühstück und !!!!!guter Kaffee!!!!!! Lage perfekt, 1-2 Minuten zum Strand, 5min in die historische Stadt mit Hafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The hotel offers a friendly, family-run experience. Staff are very helpful and they make you feel welcome. The breakfasts are lovely, with a good range to select from each day. The room had a comfy bed and a balcony. My only comment would be that the room looked dated and the bathroom looked unfinished. This is fine is you’re not planning on spending much time in the room. However, overall we had a lovely stay.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ortsrand und am See. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Allerdings ist diese sehr eng. Es gsb aber immer einen Platz. Die Zimmer si d einfach aber sauber. Mehr braucht man nicht. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dieses Hotel kann man ohne Bedenken buchen.

Früher Check-in hat super geklappt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück, das auch sehr gut war. Lage ist genial. Quasi direkt in der Altstadt und nur ein paar Schritte zum See.

Malcesine itself is focused on making the most of tourism for the summer season and consequently the quality of establishments and service can vary and is often below expectation. Thankfully Hotel Luna Rossa always lives up to expectation and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Family run, friendly and welcoming this hotel is situated a short walk (a little bit steep if you have difficulty walking) away from the busy town centre, very near to the lake. Breakfast is plentyful and they are happy to assist with dietary requirements. We have stayed here 3 times and look forward to the next time.
