Nice hotel with lovely helpful staff. Perfect location for sight seeing and a good pool and area.

We were delighted to get a room with a baclony overlooking the lake. Spectacular. Comfy room,lovely staff, excellent breakfast and location.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Hotel was really clean and the breakfast was more than adequate with lots of choice and you could tell it was all fresh. There is a pool and a hot tub at the hotel and we found we could get a lounger everyday without an issue. The hotel also provides towels for use at the pool, but if you want to go to the lake your need your own. Our hotel room had aircon which was great as it was really hot during our stay. Only downside was the bathroom was a little small but to be fair we were hardly in our room so wasn't an issue. Overall this is a great little hotel right, in a perfect location. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the Luna Rossa for our wedding. We had a beautiful view of the lake which was fab. Breakfast was great, the location was minutes from the castle where we were getting married and seconds from the lake. The pool was very quiet. No kids and the kids that were there were very well behaved. The staff were very pleasant. My only disappointment was that I tried to contact the hotel prior to our trip via email to notify them of our wedding and we didn't get any response. It also wasn't possible for us to share a pre-bought bottle of champagne to celebrate our nuptials on the grounds unless it was in the room which was a shame.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Luna Rossa. It's in a great place to visit malcesine.

We stayed here for our wedding in August and loved it. The hotel felt very homely. It is in an excellent location in a quiet spot on the edge of the busy town. All staff were helpful and friendly, especially Lucca who dealt with our queries and requests. He was fabulous... "grazie mille Lucca!" We hope to return in the near future and this hotel would definitely be our first choice.

Stayed her for a week for a friends wedding, the location is excellent and the po area is very nice and peaceful. The staff are great especially Luca who couldn't do enough for you. We only booked the most basic room which was ok, if I was returning is pay extra for a better room.

The hotel staff are excellent .Nothing is too much trouble..Welcoming and relaxing.

Brilliant location in attractive town. Very close to lakeside beach and only a few minutes walk from the cable car up the mountain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast for the class of hotel. Room quite small but with a balcony with views across the lake. Swimming pool kept spotlessly clean. Drinks in the bar were the cheapest we came across in the town. Amazing hotel at the price.
