"Lovely family run hotel"

Stayed for six days and wished we had longer. Very good breakfast and friendly efficient staff. Just a few minutes walk to lake and castle and parking was useful. Clean and comfortable room and nice pool with lots of loungers. We had forgotten our opera tickets but this was sorted very swiftly for us and transport to Verona provided -very welcome as it is a very late night. We got back at 3am! Malcesine is beautiful and we would definitely go back to this hotel. Well done expedia.

"Wonderful location, excellent service"

Full marks to this small, family run hotel with wonderful friendly service from all the staff. Our modern bedroom and bathroom were small but so well designed and practical. And everything worked! Breakfasts were super - plenty of choice with lots of fresh fruit and produce. We would happily return.

"Great holiday destination"

The hotel was extremely well run and efficient, good range of foods at breakfast. We were lucky enough to have a lake and mountain view from our balcony. Very conveniently close to the town, castle and cable car. Recommend hotel, location and resort to anyone who likes walking, sightseeing and good food.

"The Hotel Luna Rossa Malcesine Italy"

I can only speak highly of this hotel because it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is placed in an ideal location, close to the centre of Malcesine with a lovely garden and pool in quiet surroundings. The owners are brilliant. They are helpful friendly and make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Nothing is too much for them. I will certainly be returning there and would recommend it to anyone.

"Fantastic hotel - great location!"

We have just returned from Malcesine and cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is a great location - very quiet but not isolated and only 2 minutes walk from the centre of Malcesine (up a fairly steep hill) and also very close to the lake. Rooms were clean and functional - some may think slightly small but we found it okay. The staff are amazing - they cannot do enough for you and make you feel like part of the family. Breakfast was great also. All in all a great place to stay in Malcesine.
