"2 start hotel in 5 star wrapper"

Dirty pillows on the bed. Coffee was served almost cold and breakfast was no better. Avoid this hotel and an embarrassment to the Sofitel brand.

"Quality amenities"

Gym equipments are no good . Especilly running mechine , unstable ,nosie. Bad conditions need to change to new one .

"Great retreat after a day of work or sightseeing"

Clean spacious accommodation with friendly staff. Located in shopping area, everything is accessible by taxi. Room pricing is reasonable and a great value. Breakfast buffet is ample with American/English, Japanese, Chinese and Continental selections. There is something for everyone. Room for improvement in bar prices, selection, and service. Spa currently closed, but exercise room and pool are open.

"Excellent"

Everything was perfect. Great rooms, great views, clean. Close to Food Street and in walking distance from the metro. All good. My only annoyance was with the elevators. A sophisticated card system just does not work well. I went on many top-to-bottom rides on the elevator until the system recognized my card and floor. Fun at first, annoying after a while. Still, a most wonderful hotel!

"Nice hotel, shame about the main restaurant staff"

Room was clean and comfortable. Food in the Italian restaurant was very good. Food in the main restaurant was good but the service from staff left alot to be desired!
