I booked this hotel for the cleanliness ratings online. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. I was given another room and it wasn’t clean, either. By that point, my sister and I were too exhausted to move again. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves. I only saw one housekeeper working my whole stay. All of the trash cans inside and outside of the hotel were overflowing. There was a moldy smell in our carpet. Also, there were only two elevators for five floors and one didn’t work. I got the feeling this hotel was very understaffed. The staff they had were all very courteous and professional. I was disappointed with my stay.

"Good, but fix your elevators and limit the noise."

The elevator scared me by making some scary noises, and they were kids running around making noise when we were trying to sleep.

Very friendly, welcoming check-in staff person. One working elevator out of two; faster to use the stairs. Hot tub luke warm. Cardio equipment broken down. Empty shampoo bottle in shower. Decent hot breakfast options.

"Convenient and clean"

Are you looking for a nice place for the night on your way south or north on Interstate 95? Well this is the place. Convenient to the highway and very clean and new. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Special thanks to Susie whose smile and pleasant welcome was appreciated after a long day of driving. This will be my stop on all my road trips north and south.
