The bathroom was clean. The decor was very welcoming. The staff was impeccable. I asked to upgrade my room and it was done.

There was a 1-1/2 foot large spot on the floor near the fridge. The inside of the toilet boil needed a gentle cleaning. Other than that, the room was great.

You could drive to shops and eateries. Staff was friendly. Had to go to the hotel next door to eat. The food from the previous guest was still in the frig and the furniture was pretty beat up. Wouldn't stay there again. Though the property next door looked nice. I think I would probably not stay in Colonial Hts at all next time.
