"No One Works Here"

Go to take a shower now shampoo and no conditioner. Not even a squirt. After the shower, I didn't realize there were no towels. Gets better, no iron. It seems like the only employee in the building is the Front Desk clerk. My day did not start off well. Who is managing this property. It's obvious, no one's been in the room they assigned me ever.

"No compassion! "

We had a hardship come up and had to cancel our trip. We asked for a refund and the hotel wouldn’t even respond to Hotels . Com . So besides our hardship we lost our money also. Thanks a lot ! For not making an exception. I’m sure you were sold out for that date , so you’re u made double the money.

Some aspects of the property are simply lovely. However, a few ‘conveniences’ were lacking. Coffee & maker in the room, but no sugar/creamer. No ice in the ice machine. I upgraded for what I thought was a jacuzzi tub in the room, and it turned out to be simply a large soaking tub - with no liquid bath soap for a bubble bath! I can soak in a big bathtub with a bar of soap at home - very disappointing. Otherwise, it’s a fine property & they accommodated my request for extra towels.
