"Great location, not a great hotel"

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location—lots of restaurants nearby and close to the U.S. Air Force Museum and other fun activities. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The noise between rooms was very noticeable—I could clearly hear guests next door—and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The free Wi-Fi was also so slow it was practically unusable, which was frustrating. The most concerning part was housekeeping trying to enter my room 1.5 hours before checkout. Thankfully, I had the latch on, but when I went to the door, it flew open because they were pushing so hard. They just said “sorry” and walked away. I didn’t report it, but it definitely left me feeling unsettled. Overall, a mixed experience in an otherwise convenient spot.

"No hot tub on site now??? "

Very disappointed to find out, contrary to pictures and website info, that the hot tub has been removed from the pool area. This is a bit of a bait and switch. We stayed here previously, used the hot tub, and that’s why we booked again.

"Pricey for what you get"

I can’t say enough about the cook who did our breakfast orders- she was amazing! Friendly and went above what was expected. However, we were expecting more for the $200/night we paid for- toilet paper running out, paper thin walls, floors not back, furniture not being in the best shape.

"Exceptional"

After reading some of the reviews I was definitely concerned pulling in with my family on Friday. I will say once we were greeted by the staff I felt more at ease. Then the room was clean and nice. The nights were quiet. It was a perfect spot for the different museums. Not far from downtown. Overall was truly impressed.
