The room itself was clean, but the upholstered chair was very dirty. The common areas (hallways, dining room) is showing much wear and tear. The carpets were dirty, stained and showing signs of wear.

Clean room, super helpful and friendly staff! The lady that ran the breakfast room was SUPER efficient and very friendly. We LOVED her!! I forgot her name, but she said she's been there for 18 years.

Very very clean. Friendly people, the only thing I would improve would be the bed. Too firm for us.
