Never cleaned room, picked up towels, did have disturb sign got ready for wedding, no one ever came back to clean up, stayed two nights.

It was very comfortable friendly hotel. Staff was great. Had breakfast which was nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location was great for the concert we attended.

The check in process was very simple. Our single king room was very spacious, large enough for my family of three. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the mini kitchen set up as most hotels don't have a large enough area for us to prepare our son's meals. The breakfast offerings were a good selection ranging from the typical continental options and a few offerings of food cooked at the hotel. Eggs, sausage, home fries were some of the cooked breakfast offerings. The hotel was not overly crowded.

First time I've used an indoor pool that was extremely cold. The pool was not heated, there were times where I felt warm water being fed into the pool but was not enough to warm up the pool. We used the pool on two separate days and both times we left freezing.

250 incidental fee for a 190 night room. How does that make sense

I enjoyed the hotel, and I would stay again. The only thing I wish had was hot tub in the pool area. As looks like they had one and took it out.

It was a perfect one night stay
