The staff were helpful and friendly.

The coffee in the rooms was really disappointing. At a 5-star resort — especially in Italy, where coffee is such a huge part of the culture — I honestly didn’t expect instant Nescafé sachets. The coffee served at breakfast from the machines also tasted very weak and watery. The only genuinely nice coffee we had during our stay was in the lobby, made fresh by the bar staff. Even an Nespresso machine in the rooms would have been sufficient enough.

Housekeeping çok iyiydi ve hergün mükemmel temizlik ve değişim vardı.Yemekler biz Türklere göre orta seviyede. Erkek yaşlı garsonlar biraz gönülsüz çalışıyorlar ve çok nazik değiller. Mutfal ön karşılamada Hanin, serviste Sonya ve diğer hostesler Elena ve Sophie teşekkür ederiz. Plajda bardaki ekibe, deniz cankurtarana da teşekkür ederiz. Banyoda su tazikleri azdır. Ama tekrar ismini bilmediğim Housekeeping bence en kuvvetli yanları. Çok teşekkür onlara

Wifi connection was a bit weak

The food and personnel were amazing

No possibility to watch Netflix in the room or cast on the TV. That's a shame when it is raining and you can't go outside. The TV has the option to cast but the option was blocked.

Das Zimmer mit der grossen Terasse und der wunderschönen Sicht auf das Meer und die Berge.

A la carte Restaurants sehr gut, jedoch das Buffet Restaurant war zu sehr auf die internationale Kundschaft abgestimmt mit viel Fast Food. Verglichen mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels, war die Auswahl an 5 Sterne Produkten bescheiden. Das Morgenessen hingegen war sehr gut.
