"Schöner Badeurlaub mit den Kids am Pool, aber kein 5 Sterne Hotel"

- sehr schöne Zimmer(Aufteilung) - tolle Pools, teilweise seichter Einstieg für Kids - frische Poolhandtücher direkt am Pool - schöne Anlage (vor allem Signature Bereich mit Bungalows)

- Zimmer leider direkt neben Lüftung und über der Bar, abends offene Balkontüren oder draußen sitzen leider nicht möglich - 2-Klassen-Gesellschaft durch Signature Level - vieles trotz all inclusive nur mit Aufpreis möglich - abends lieber in den Restaurants (hauptrestaurant mit Buffet hat starken Mensacharakter) essen, wir wollten unbedingt ins El Dorado aber haben leider an keinem Abend einen Platz bekommen (da ohne signature Level und obwohl direkt am ersten abend angefragt) - Strand sehr steinig

I'm returning there for fourth time, and it was great as always. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Especially loved the experience of the last night in the restaurant Portofino. Roberto Sarlo was very helpful, and my compliments to the chef Claudio Provenza. I enjoyed the pool a lot, the vibe here is always relaxed, perfect place to have some rest.

The A/C in our room barely worked, it was too hot inside.

Les restaurants bien variés, services et personnels compétents. Piscines propres et environnement agréables.

Manque de village à proximité et nous ne pouvons rien faire à pied. La plage était en cours de nettoyage sans possibilité de s’y baigner.

"Jak na włoski hotel było OK, ale na pewno to nie było prawdziwe 5 gwiazdek, może 3,5."

Jedzenie dobre, wystarczającej wielkości parking. Obsługa uprzejma aż do przesady.

Podczas rezerwacji ciężko było po opisie zorientować się w lokalizacji pokoju w całym obiekcie. Powinno być to lepiej opisane.. W praktyce okazało się, że pokoje nie były w tej części obiektu, w której wydawało się że będą. Nawet zdjęcie, które jest na górze tego formularza nie pochodzi z tego hotelu. Praktycznie brak plaży i możliwości kąpieli w morzu. Hotel w sumie mocno oddalony od wszelkich atrakcji.
