Great facilities and friendly staff.. signature pool was nice and not busy very relaxing. Palermo city is lovely and Cefalu .. buffet food especially the salads were good... Sicilian House wine was good quality

The a la carte restaurants were not good... Steak charge was excessive and the Thai food main course was poor . Be aware all inclusive is a general term as som e drinks and food you can be charged for Drivers in Palermo 😄..

Wyjątkowo czysty, pyszne jedzenie.

Wiele udogodnień nie było dostępnych, o czym nie wiedziałam wcześniej (plaża w przebudowie, 2 restauracje czasowo zamknięte, wewnętrzny basen tylko dla dorosłych.

This is a very good hotel with quite high value for money. The choice and quality of food and drinks are quite vide and of good quality. My wife is on gluten-free diet, but there were plenty of options available for her which made us very happy. Good quality Lavazza coffee is available in the bar (part of all inclusive package) so you can enjoy a good espresso/cappuccino every day. The garden is nice and tidy. The beach seems to be work in progress and it is more stony, so be prepared with aqua shoes. The staff is working hard and they are very very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late in the evening on our first day around 10 p.m. and the main restaturant was already closed, but we had the chance to eat dinner in the pub which was a great addition. It is open until midnight. I would like to say thank you for the top level service in the all inclusive restaurant. Thank you Daniela, Nino, Angelo and Elena. Special thanks to Chef Dario Diangelo and Chef Antonio Carollo for the gluten-free pizza made by choice. Thanks for the kindness of the guys and girls in loby bar. Thanks for the fantastic drinks and coffee Veronica and Giuseppe.

It was hard to find free slots in the ala carte restaurants.
