La playa es horrible, de piedras. Hacía mucho frío en la habitación y no pusieron la calefacción ni nos dieron un radiador. El restaurante temático El Dorado tiene una calidad de restauración muy mala. Demasiada masificación de clientes.

Ho soggiornato al Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa - All Inclusive e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima. La struttura è meravigliosa: grande, curata, pulita e accogliente, con un’atmosfera rilassante che ti fa sentire subito in vacanza. Il resort è immerso in un contesto splendido, vicino al mare, con spazi ampi, piscine, zone relax e tanti servizi pensati per far stare bene gli ospiti in ogni momento della giornata. È il posto ideale per godersi la Sicilia, il sole, il mare e qualche giorno di vero riposo. Una cosa che mi ha colpito tantissimo è stata la pulizia: tutto era sempre in ordine, dagli ambienti comuni alle camere, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Anche l’organizzazione della formula all inclusive è stata ottima, con tante possibilità tra ristoranti, bar e momenti di relax. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono state le persone. Tutti i lavoratori sono stati bravissimi, gentili, disponibili e calorosi. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti con il sorriso, con professionalità e con quella gentilezza autentica che rende una vacanza ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Viola, Carmelo, Rosario Macaluso, Nunzio del ristorante Xtra Time e a Veronica, la barista: persone splendide, sempre attente, sorridenti e pronte a rendere ogni momento piacevole. La loro cordialità ha fatto davvero la differenza e ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo. Consiglio assolutamente questo resort a chi cerca una vacanza in Sicilia all’insegna del comfort, del buon cibo, del mare e dell’accoglienza. Un posto bellissimo, pulito e pieno di persone speciali. Ci tornerei molto volentieri! 🌊✨

Large recreational area, nice clean rooms and pleasant xtratime bar experience.

Awful value for money. You are being constantly upselled while pretending to provide all inclusive experience. Nothing to do off-season as pools are not heated. Staff closes eyes to maintenance issues, gym A/C wasn't working, I've asked two times to check it and nothing happened. On the checkout the guy was just smiling about it. They could forget to turn of the music over midnight and I had to call them out. The buffet is sub average with eventual highlights on the menu – but you don't expect the 5* hotel to serve things like oranges and kiwis simply cut without peeling. Extra charge for the pillow menu made me smile.

The staff attitude, the service, the welcoming 🙏 Specially Khalil our host was doing great ! We had one allergy for Gluten and they made everyday a special breakfast/lunch/dinner only for her ! Wonderful staff !!

We arrived during April so not a lot of kids activities specially in the Pool, but it is related to season I assume.

I really liked how well-kept and clean the hotel was. It’s a beautiful place where you can relax, enjoy your time, and feel peaceful and safe. The staff were all extremely nice.

What I didn’t understand was that the all-inclusive option didn’t allow access to all facilities for free, and some drinks still had to be paid for separately. I also think the beach could be better prepared, which is probably why most people stay by the pool — and then it can get a bit too crowded.
