Gepflegte saubere Zimmer. Fast ausnahmlos sehr freundlicher u aufmerksamer Service. Vorbildlicher und informativer Check-in. Gutes empfehlenswertes Restaurant, gutes Frühstück. Sehr gute Öffi Anbindung zur Innenstadt. In nur 12 min ist man z B per Tram an der Zytglogge/am Casino. Ich bin öfters in Bern und werde das Sternen zukünftig bevorzugt buchen

Der Sternen weiss wie man Reisende beherbergt. Hier wird Gastronomie Hotelerie gelebt. Sehr Freundlich man fühlt sich wohl. Zimmer sehr sauber und alle modernen eineichtlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Absolut top.

Hotel super confortável, com atendimento excelente. A atendente Milena foi super receptiva e atenciosa em nossa chegada, ajudando com informações de transporte e restaurantes. Transporte VLT na porta a cada 10 minutos, possibilitando o deslocamento dentro dos horários desejados. Ótima estadia em Berna.

First it was nice to have a good dinner on location! Cean room! Comfortable bed! Nice to have a face cloth! The fan was a must as there is no AC in the room we had. It was a bit warm, but we opened the window and that was fine until traffic started moving towards morning.
