"It's a nice place to stay"

The room was very nice, however we couldn't get the thermostat to regulate. It was too cold even on 76. Had to turn off the unit to get warm again.

"No Response No Help"

Couldnt get to Harrahs due to the Tropical Storm Arthur. Tried to call. No humans answer phones. Tried to text to change reservation and no response. I didn’t want a refund, just to push back the reservation a week. No answer. Got charged anyway. No way in h3ll will I ever book here again.
