The St. Regis Bali Resort

Absolutamente todo. La decoración del hotel y villas, la maravillosa playa con aguas tranquilas, El desayuno… sin palabras, excelente ( la tortilla de langosta , no he probado nada igual en mi vida) Pero sin duda, lo que lo hacen único es la atención personalizada y exquisita . Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en Lis que he estado, y conozco muchos….

La única pega que le pondría es no tener canal TV en español y Lis albornoces… son muy muy pequeños y nada agradables. Una pena con la maravillosa habitación

O resort é simplesmente maravilhoso. Tudo é impecável. Você se sente uma rainha nesse lugar de tão bem tratado pelos funcionários. Seja o porteiro até o gerente do hotel. Os restaurantes são excepcionais. Café da manhã é um banquete. Os quartos extremamente limpos e aconchegantes. O mar na frente do resort é uma piscina de tão transparente. A água super quente. Queria ficar um mês nesse paraíso.

Gostei de absolutamente tudo! Você é chamado pelo próprio nome pelos funcionários do restaurante. O atendimento é de primeira qualidade.

It's a beautiful property and the staff is friendly. A part of our desire to stay at this property was the promise of the pristine beach and that did not disappoint. We never had an issue finding loungers and the team would bring water, towels, lotion and spray as soon as we arrived. Ordering from the beach restaurant was a breeze and the drinks/food always hit the spot. The staff was always around with a warm greeting and quick to answer questions. We fully took advantage of the coffee/tea service in room. The restaurants on property were also very good. Though, a couple of days we went off property for local fare. The breakfast was a nice buffet with limited menu ordering. A couple of drawbacks of the breakfast was that there was no included sparkling wine/mimosa option. It was fully order by the glass. Also, any time we ordered off of the menu, we were told immediately after ordering that the kitchen was getting ready to close so that was our last chance to order (30-60 mins before breakfast ended). The fire dance was also a cool experience at dusk. Room service was quick and food was delivered to us warmer than most other hotels are able to manage. The butler team was incredibly nice. Though, we wish they would have given us a quick rundown of what they were available to help us with. They arranged for airport transport and had a teammate at the airport to assist if anything was needed. This was great touch. Overall, it was a great beach stay on an immaculate property.
