The St. Regis Bali Resort

Our family stayed here in the Orchid Suite in mid December. We had 2 teenage kids. This resort is exceptional. We have stayed in many resorts and travelled the world and the friendly staff are the best we ever encountered. They would even drive by in a buggy, stop the buggy and wish us a good day! Its like the happiest place on earth! All staff were amazing, but these staff truly stand out - Antara, Sugie, Veddy and Ayu. Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable. And we LOVED the breakfast - lobster omelette every morning was amazing. Plus all the interesting drinks too. Thank you once again St Regis hotel Bali. We highly highly recommend! cheers, Rosa Wan.

The service was spectacular at the St Regis Bali. I commend the butler staff, Andy, Ernie an Dita, they went above and beyond to accomodate our needs during our 5 day stay. The restaurant staff, especially Swandewi, remembered what drinks we favored and what dishes we preferred. I enjoyed the filet with foie gras for breakfast. The daily jamu selection is a must! The tumeric jamu helped with a mild cold I had that week. The lagoon was a treat. I especially enjoyed swimming after dinner.

The classiest hotel on the island that delivers clean and beautiful ambiance in every corner of the property, and across every experience with staff. The hospitality we received from the Spa staff was particularly amazing. This ranks as my #1 spa of choice every visit to Bali. I’m grateful to have this go-to option for a consistently healing experiences. I highly recommend Mei.

We came to Bali with our family for two week holidays. This hotel exceeded our expectations for sure. From the very beginning to the end. Everything was superb. Special thanks to Wayan Karba, you made our holidays more special with all the little things. We enjoyed every minute being there. The spa was fantastic. Rohit is super recommended, my husband loved his massages. We also enjoyed the sound therapy with him. We had a pool villa, very well designed, spacious, private, beds really comfortable. Kids loved the salt water pool, it is really big, always clean. To sum up, the whole time there was magical, thank you, we will definitely come back.

Wow, wow, and wow…what an experience at the St. Regis Bali Resort. We have stayed in many St. Regis resorts, and this location is second to none. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the welcoming arrival and smooth check in, the attention to detail was impressive and gratifying. My wife was celebrating her birthday, and at every encounter of our stay, everyone knew of our celebration. Our villa was like a penthouse with two pools. One a saltwater pool (Lagoon) that ran like a river behind the villas and connected to other parts of the property. The villa to book is the Lagoon View, Private Outdoor Pool, Lagoon Access, 1-Bedroom Villa. We added a special event to our stay with a romantic sunset dinner on the beach. For this event, I want to Shout-Out for Kudos to three individuals that made the already special event even more memorable. The two-waiters, Sukertha and Purnay were excellent and Chef Budi prepared an exquisite gourmet meal with special touches from start to finish. If you happen to be at the resort on a Sunday, be sure to book the Sunday Brunch. You will not be disappointed. Overall, I can go on and on with recognition to this resort’s concept of service and attention to detail. If you are traveling to Bali, there’s no other place to stay then at the St. Regis Bali Resort. Much kudos to the resort management for running such a tight and successful operation.
