"The resturant was amazing , staff very warm and welcoming. Pain for parking and the rooms far too hot and fan had to be"

Very warm and welcoming by all staff

Far too hot in the rooms , toiletries pumps not working and the holders were scummy . Some of the finishing touches were shabby and the room we stayed in (4 ) looks like there is damp issues .

"A wonderful stay, we will be back and I cannot wait!"

The room was so beautiful and cosy, perfect for a weekend away - there were little treats left in our room, spa music and a huge bathtub in the middle of the room! So stunning and luxurious.

I cannot think of anything.
