Hollywood by the Sea Hotel

I found the staff to be unfriendly and very limited with their answers. The room was clean and the bed was great. The overall room was very dated ie metal cabinets and a tub with too much caulking which needed to be replaced.

The WORST in everyway.

Close to the beach

There were hidden fees at check in. The door had an after market bolt that fell off. The fan/light clicked while it was on, which did not aid the sterile feel of the place. That said, there was a lot of room and a kitchen (but no utensils or kitchen wares).

Didn't get to stay in the hotel I booked they put us in a different hotel air didn't work got no room service had to call and ask for towels that night and still had to wait will never stay at any of the property's they own just a horrible stay

Front desk lady was rude and room was run down. Breakfast was definitely on a budget. Only gave 3 star because location was great. Very close to the beach!

Property looked run down. People was coming downstairs to the main lobby to heat up their food which lead me to believe the rooms didn’t have them available

It is an old beat down, renovated place close to the beach. 45 minutes to check in! Had to call 3 times for extra pillows, towels and sheets, even though we said it the first time. The place is ok but forget luxury. Breakfast from 8-9?!!

I had to clean the bathroom upon arrival. The sink was nasty. Every single time I had to go to the front desk there was a long line.

Bad odour in n the suite! Not as advertised! Loud partying in adjacent unit until sunrise. Could not sleep. Complaints to front desk were ignored. Absolutely poor experience. Cost was high considering poor quality. Will advise others to avoid this motel !!
