Great view from front apartment. Good location, just few minutes from bars and restaurants. No bar noise in this location.

Only slight downside is that it is right next door to a petrol station, which was part of our view from the balcony.

The location was great. Just across the road from the beach and a short walk into the main part of Paihia. Also within walking distance to the supermarket and a cafe next door.

The room we had was quite dark being on the bottom floor and in the corner, however friends had a great room looking out over the beach. The car parks were very tight especially if cars didnt park straight.

The property is in a very good location. Our unit had a great view of the beach! The facilities were perfect, including a full size fridge, a cook plate, microwave, washing machine & dryer. The bed was extremely comfortable!

The only negative is it that the bathroom is a little on the small side.

Good size unit, big comfy bed, Laundry on site!

Tv - position & size

Very near the wharf so we walked back and forth every day to the marina along the ocean path. Lovely apartment which was excellent although no washing machine.

Parking very difficult - no allocated parking but had a spot outside our apartment door which did not allow the passenger to get out due to walls and shrubbery blocking the door. Very difficult to back the car out.
