"Überteuertes Appartement in guter Lage"

Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr gut. Zu den Geschäften und Restaurants musste man nur 10 Minuten gehen.

Das Appartement war sehr alt und verwohnt. Fliesen und Waschbecken im Badezimmer waren gesprungen bzw. abgeplatzt. Schlafzimmer war dunkel und klein. Für die Kleidung gab es nur ein altes offenes Regal. Balkon wurde nie geputzt. Sehr überteuert im Vergleich zu anderen Appartements.
