Warm rooms Clean Quiet

Just one lift and it’s tiny! I had to keep taking the stairs!! Rooms are small. No walk in shower you have to climb in the bath to take a shower. Waitress was rude when we arrived after we paid for a coffee in a takeaway container but when we went to fill it up she told us it wasn’t self service and that the bar tender should have poured it for us! I thought surely that’s a conversation she should have had with the him not us! I wasn’t impressed! We had just arrived so this gave me a VERY poor impression of the service!

Handy for beach,town and buses

The amenities are excellent, no need to leave the hotel for anything. Good restaurant, bar, pool and spa. Inclusive meal pricing was good value. The chocolate brownie dessert was really good.

Spa access was difficult, with no code for the door so gueasts had to wait for someone to open the door to leave. New ownership has resulted in loss of staff morale - the people working here need to be treated better. The mussels in cream sauce were really bad - tiny specimens, overcooked and with so many broken shells that it was difficult to find anything to eat.
