Property Notes

Please note that the standard rooms cannot accommodate any extra bed. Extra bed supplements must be paid for at the hotel directly. Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18. Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible. Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine. Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements. Please note that this hotel does not accept cash payments. The restaurant will only be open for breakfast on 24th - 26th December 2025. The kitchen will be closed for dinner on 24th - 26th and 31st December 2025. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice place.thw Best thing is the pool . Whatever our room didn't had a air conditioner and it was so hot on the top floor. Overall I like this place.it was the second time we visited. Only that the area is a bit cringe,because they just broke our car in the night just before we left . We left it on the street .

"Beware of the standard rooms"

The hotel is situated in an excellent position with a short walk to the cliff top path, town and pier. Staff are friendly and service is generally very quick.

We booked a standard room which was very basic. It appeared as though the room had a quick repaint and new bed fairly recently. However it was exceptionally hot, as though central heating had been left on, even in a relatively cool spring evening, fans were provided but air conditioning is only available in more superior rooms. The clothing storage is limited to one small wardrobe (there are no drawers) a stay any longer than a couple of nights would be uncomfortable.

"West cliff has always been the best part of Bournemouth, so this hotel is perfectly placed"

We have stayed here about 6 times now, it’s got to be the best hotel in Bournemouth, great location being on west cliff, lovely pool and spa, very clean, staff are lovely, would highly recommend

"Great location, not the most welcoming"

Good location, walking distance to the town centre and beach/ pier.

Staff seemed inconvenienced by us. Upon arrival, our room was not ready for the check-in time of 3pm and the lady on reception offered no explanation nor apology for this so we weren’t able to check in until 3:30pm. When we did get to our room, the standard of cleanliness was below my expected standard with hairs on the floor and rubbish left in the drawers. Staff don’t greet you as you enter the hotel or walk past them - or even acknowledge you when waiting at reception. The overall vibe of our stay wasn’t a pleasant or welcoming one - will not be returning.
