GBThe apartment was clean and spacious. There was plenty of cupboard space for all our stuff. The bus stop was close by and so was the supermarket and the bakery. Unfortunately, when we were there we didn't use the closest ski lift as that side of the mountain had very little snow. The ski lockers were very convenient and they had boot warmers as well. The apartment had two toilets which was useful. Although we opted to eat out every day, the kitchen looked like you could cook whatever you liked.
There wasn't a shower, just a bath. Not a fan of baths. Picking up the keys and the towels and sheets was a pain, especially having to drop them off as the reception was in the centre of town. Luckily we had a car, if not that would have really been a complete ball ache. The outer door to get into the lockers from outside didn't lock.

We did enjoy it but could do with modernisation if bathrooms and some sharper kitchen knives.

GBThe location is good and convenient for the lift and local amenities. Value for money is good and parking is very handy. The apartment itself is okay and it's handy to have the balcony.
Check in is a pain in the backside with having to go to a shop in town with odd opening times. This time we had to wait for a couple of hours to check in and a previous visit meant I had find a hotel late at night due to missing the shop opening times.. What's wrong with a good old fashioned key safe?! We had to make our own beds as the sheets and towels were given to us in bags. We had to set up the bins ourselves as the bags were just laid in. Lighting in the apartment wasn't great and it needs a refurb. It did the job but I don't think I'll be staying here again.

No linen, towels, or tea towels. Couldn't communicate with owner / Vacancéole and couldn't check in. No phone calls back from any voice mail or messaging. Had to arrange alternative accomodation for first night. No refund provided as yet. Vacancéole staff were truly terrible. Vacancéole and this property are incompatible with booking.com brand.
