If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please notify the residence in advance. Please note that the keys are to be collected at the reception of Vacanceole, located at 9 rue de Sages, 38860 Les Deux Alpes. For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towel changes are possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes, which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. Please note that when traveling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
