Non sempre ma a volte la musica di sottofondo nella sala colazioni era troppo alta. Camera comoda ma dalla tapparella, che non chiudeva bene, filtrava la luce.

Hotel molto ben curato e a pochi passi dal centro di Biella. La nostra camera era spaziosa, con appendini per gli abiti, frigo bar e mobile per i trolley (bellissima idea). Il bagno fornito di dispenser di sapone, shampoo e bagno schiuma, saponcini e bustine di detergente intimo con una doccia grande, senza gradino. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile, specialmente alla reception per tutte le indicazioni che ci hanno fornito. Colazione varia, abbondante e buona. Sicuramente sarà un posto che terremo in considerazione per un altra gita a Biella.
