Martinique Whitsunday Resort

Great location, clean facilities, beautiful infinity pool with a spectacular view

Didn’t see many staff at Martinique, we were assisted by staff at neighbouring property. Gym facilities a little tired like many resort gyms and would have loved a coffee machine.

Location was great , excellent views . Accommodation was clean , spacious and comfortable.

It was so beautiful with amazing views

The place is on a quite steep hill, which can be quite an exercise without car. The flip side is the infinite pool, which boasts a panaroma view of the harbour.

The beds were all too soft. No bed side powerpoint for charging or lamps in the second bedroom. It requires to take out rubbish to car park when leave.

Beautiful view, beautiful staff. Very quiet area and everyone was very respectful of others

They did not supply much for cleaning purposes and didn’t provide much toiletries. Obviously not a requirement but if you’re going to provide some make it enough for the whole time. Found a drill bit in the washing machine so they clearly don’t clean that properly

Close to town, nice pool.

Was not aware my room with two small children, two elderly parents was on the top floor. No lift. Getting luggage and shopping up was a nightmare. Room was clean, but dated. Room and facilities needed a lick of paint and general upgrade. The mattress in one of the rooms was the worst I have in 30 years of hotel ever slept in. Shower pressure was also bad.
