There was no hot water no offer for solution for three days

Fantastic view of ocean and beaches and port. Everything was provided and clean and beautiful. Very comfortable and stylish. Great kitchen and dining and huge tv.

We were ok with our check in, however, some travellers arriving outwith office hours had difficulty getting their room keys from the security box,the code is sent by Mail as you are travelling to the complex, for those travellers who do not have Wi-Fi access when they arrive, they could not get the code, not all travellers had an Australian SIM card, Also the hill up to the complex from downtown is very steep, for older people I would say this would be a real dilemma,

The location, was excellent, close to shops and the supermarket. The pool was nice and had a great view.

We enjoyed our stay, though a few improvements would make it even better. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, and without it the room became quite warm, as the fan didn’t cool things enough. The beds were a bit small and bouncy, and the curtains let in quite a bit of light. It would also be great to have toilets or change rooms near the pool. The bathroom felt a little dated and could use a refresh. Overall, with a few upgrades, this place has great potential.

Loved our apartment which had a great view of the ocean and pool! Had everything our family needed :) The pool was amazing and perfect temperature!

Taking the luggage up the stairs was a little tricky and the hill to the hotel was quite steep.
