1st its location, its cleanliness and orderly of the facility Secondly, the friendly front desk and 24hrs service and extra miles service. Thirdly, convenient and accessible to wheelchair bound(lift)

I wanted a 10 am check-in with full day payment, and still they just threw in the policy card. They cannot allow check-in before 2 pm. Even though, I was ready to make a payment for a 10 am check-in. Had to book another hotel, as my situation was quite extraordinary. What a terrible ordeal, where is the never say no to your guests, and this guest was ready to pay even for a full yes. Nopp, silly policy enforcement cost them a customer never to book with them again.

It is a nice property in a handy location. Very spacious with most facilities available for a hostel experience. Clean toilets and shower, and a big kitchen.

"Very good place, but not like it used to be.."

I’ve been at the Space hotel in the past, when it was brand new, and I’ve always loved it. However, coming back after a few years has not been the same. Probably due to Covid, the staff shortage has affected the level of cleanness and of safety in this place. Compared to other hostel it’s still a very good quality, but over the years I can tell the difference. But I’m pretty sure they will get soon on track and raise the standards again! 🙂
