"Five star recommendations"

Highly recommend for nice service. Having been here as a resident for almost half of a year and everything here was out of expectations. Thanks to the service of Ayla. Would definitely come back to Marriott Ningbo if possible back to Ningbo.

That's a very pleasant place to be. The hospitality are exceptional. I've used the Executive Lounge and among the staff, I should give 5 five star to Irene for their attention to our requests. I recomend. The hotel facilities are do in accordance to its fair price.

"A hotel with no internet in 2024"

They won't give you internet unless you give them your cell phone number. I've never seen this before in any hotel i've ever stayed at. I had to sit on the phone with them for 25 minutes reading out the MAC address of every device i have, letter-by-letter to someone whose first language is understandably not english. it only worked for 2 devices so someone from the business center had to come use his personal phone to get me on. then after the 30 min ordeal, i find they block VPNs so i can't even work.

"Not a reason to repeat a visit to this property."

Only one manager speak English, older staff yelled to a new girl which tried to assist us with some information and asked her to go somewhere for her leaving us stranded. Little works in the lounge, less in the lousy buffet dinner. Old, not really a four star hotel. Virtually no internet.
