"Excellent Servcie by Lucky at Ningbo Marriott Executive Lounge"

Service at the Executive Lounge was great, especially Lucky whom had taken excellent care of my family tendering to our every needs at the lounge. Lucky was super warm, attentive and made absolutely sure we are comfortable and enjoyed ourselves.

I had a great stay in this hotel again after a long gap. Special thanks to Ms. Shirley and Jessie who really took great care in serving me at the lounge. All benefits at the lounge were shared with me. Looking at the services and ambience,i feel i would stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Ningbo.

"Great experience "

Jessie looked after us extremely well on the executive level. Great gin and tonics! I would always recommend this hotel when coming to the beautiful city of Ningbo - there are a couple of other hotels worth staying at but I rate this one the best overall

"Very good hospotiality"

Shirley was very helpful and organised fresh food based on our needs though there was a language barrier. The scenery around the lounge was also very beautiful. The food was very tasty and they have a lot of variety including some western dishes and highly recommend the place

Best staff executive lounge Coco. Served the dinner very nicely. It is wonderful experience. We enjoyed the evening watching the great scene from the top floor. This lead us to have a good feeling.

I don't know how to express how much I liked my stay at Marriott hotel in Ningbo. Here I especially want to thank you Anthony(young man working at 39th floor Executive lounge) intern for his kindness,warmth and thoughtfulness throughout my stay.Anthony made this wonderful afternoon cake platter for guests. Also I want to thank you John in the Hotel Lobby(wearing grey color uniform / staff in chief) . He always put extra bottle water in my room which is very thoughtful. John's warm reception made me feel like home. Ningbo Marriott is the best. I definitely will recommend to all my friends.

I liked my stay here and the location. The reason why I have given not a high mark is just that this hotel is not up to the standards of a 5 start hotel. I stayed on this hotel 10 years ago and I have to say that I have enjoyed it more back then. From the breakfast (not a lot of options for westerns) to the room (bathtub was not working for 2 days).
