Hampton By Hilton Lincoln

The room smelt like water mildew. Checked out early. The staff was nice and understanding.

This is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in, this hotel really should be rebranded to something that wouldn't have you expecting a decent experience. They put us in a smoking room that adjoined a non smoking room because we needed rooms that were connected. The front desk staff during the day were openly dismissive of anything we asked for help with. The night desk lady was at least much more accommodating. Even the room that wasn't the smoking room was extremely musty and the bathroom was not clean. Just an overall gross experience.

Room smelled of pipe smoke. Staff seemed annoyed whenever engaged in conversation.

Stay was overall good but was disappointed to see the hotub was removed even though the website said the hotub was still available when it was not

Walking down the hallway was torturous, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Apparently, the rooms across the hall from our room were smoking rooms. It stunk horribly!!

The room was spacious and comfortable.. But the carpet was dirty and the room smelled funky Breakfast was very nice.

I always come back, because of everything is wonderful. Including the staff.

Starting to age, but the staff is nice and overall will stay again.

We stopped here on our way to WI, without a reservation. We were able to get a nice room. There was an issue with the TV in the room and the girl at the front desk, Kayla was happy to help. After she couldn’t figure it out, she gave us options to make our stay great! She was amazing & we appreciated her so much! Nice hotel and exceptional customer service!
