"Could have been better"

The location was good.

There was mold/mildew on the caulking in tub/shower. There was a colony of ants in our room under the window. Our room keys would not work and we had to have the front desk staff let us in our room. They tried to reprogram the door twice and still did not work.

das Pwrsonal war 60 min lang nicht in der Lage uns einzuchecken, weill alle Kreditkarten nicht funktioniert haben. Dann sind wir in das Hotel gegnüber, wo es nach 5 min problemlos geklappt hat, Schade

I am a die-hard Hampton Inn guest but this property was horrible at best! TV did not work and we were told we would received a credit - we did NOT! Crumbs on floor, walls patched and not painted, lamp on one side of bed did not work, ONE electrical outlet on desk and no USB ports. - no breakfast for us - Could not get out fast enough!!!

"Would not stay again"

The hot water heater was out. We were told the day we checked in. Apparently it had been an issue for months and the front desk workers the management kept just “putting a bandage” on the problem and never really fixed it. They also said the issue had been going on since December. Also, the free breakfast was not good. Stale bagels and a hair in the gravy. Only positive is bed was decent and got some money back for the hot water heater issue.
