Front desk didn't tell us there was NO hot water

Location is good. Room is comfortable.

Breakfast was poor to horrible. This is my 3rd time at this hotel, it tends to get partiers on weekends that comes with loud people late (3am) into the night. The hotel had no hot water.

We stayed for one night and things did not get off to a good start as we saw a sign at the front desk saying they didn’t have hot water. The manager that checked us in was nice and said there is still hot water for now, so he would highly recommend taking a shower tonight. He also said this has happened before, which seems to be expected around here as the place really looks dated and unless they do some significant renovations, I wouldn’t be surprised if it just doesn’t close in the next five years. Our room was a ‘suite’ but wasn’t that much bigger than a regular room. The only real difference was you got a sleeper sofa and an extra sink. The curtains were poor as they really did not block out much light, so the parking lot lights shined into the room. The pool was smaller than a typical hotel one and it was weird because it sure looked like there used to be a whirlpool, but it was then removed. There were also some bulges in the ceiling showing the roof’s condition. The fitness center was small and ironically, the curtains in there were much better than our room and it was dark. For the dining area, it was small as well, but we did not have a tough time finding a spot and the person working it was playing her music loudly but was very friendly. Food was good. While nothing really bad happened during our stay, there are other options in the area so if we had to come back, we would go somewhere else (unless it’s renovated).

The desk was very friendly. I had prepaid for my room only to be informed at check-in that there is a very limited amount of hot water. Then went to use the pool and found out, it’s closed because it is not functioning correctly and the hot tub is no longer there. The room was nice.

Room keys did not work half the time. There was no hot water throughout the hotel.

I thought the price was a little high but it was nice.
