"Don’t stay here there are better hotels and you are asked to pay in full on arrival before you even see your room. Check"

It was in a great location. Architecture nice

Definitely not a five star hotel, more a two star hotel. Very old, needs complete refurbishment. Bathroom terrible, it flooded during every shower and it is in need of a very deep clean. The jacuzzi jets were very dirty. Service in dining room very slow. Some staff very polite but others not so friendly. Breakfast choice limited. There is a pigeon problem with lots of poop on most ledges. It maybe heritage property but it is need of some maintenance. Would not stay again as there are better hotels for the same price near by. They tried to charge for table water at breakfast.

the view from private terrace with lake view room is very nice Old furniture giving antique vibe

Bed is not made of wood and doesn't give palace vibe Price 45k per day is a bit high

Location of the hotel is great, very close to Lake Pichola and other key tourist spots. Staff very helpful. Break Fast is also great with excellent service.

Cleanliness could have been little better, especially since it was raining during our stay
