JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar ,and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! Kadian Gaynor ,our concierge was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay special . The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful pools , a gorgeous beach and excellent dining options.The staff were all friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway, I highly recommend JOIA Rose Hall please ask Kadian the concierge.

We did a early Valentine’s Day trip, and we loved it at the JOIA RoseHall, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Special should out to Kadian from the concierge desk and Alain our butler. We will be back.

We had such a good time at the JOIA Rose Hall Resort in Jamaica! The weather was not ideal but everything else at this resort was stellar. The staff was incredibly helpful and always friendly. They went above and beyond to please us. We have traveled to Jamaica numerous times and this was by far the best resort we ever stayed at. The food and drinks at the beach grill and bar and the numerous restaurants were magnificent along with the coffee shop and 24 hour room service. We will definitely come back soon and often. Thank you; Iberostar resorts and vacation, for the great time!

From the moment we arrived at JOIA IBEROSTAR Jamaica, everything felt top tier. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. One person who truly made our stay special was Travis in the lobby. He greeted us warmly every day and always had helpful suggestions. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, but service like his makes it unforgettable.

Christopher is an Olympic gold medal Butler, but far more than that. He has a heart of gold. Christopher goes the extra mile to provide customer experience with a personalized touch that we have come to associate with the IBEROSTAR Brand. He is truly an ambassador for this world-class resort.

My stay at JOIA IBEROSTAR JA was amazing. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the staff is attentive from check in to check out. Travis in the lobby was especially wonderful. He is pleasant, professional, and genuinely cares about guests. He provided excellent recommendations and was always ready to help with a smile. I would absolutely return!

Very good experience, we got lucky with incredible weather which helped. Beach is great, a little trouble getting chairs sometimes though. Pools are very nice though water is a bit chilly. Music volume levels could be toned down as others have mentioned. Food selection is very good, restaurants can be tricky to get in at your preferred time sometimes. So there are a few cons but none are a deal breaker

The rooms were a little beat up presumably from the past hurricane—doors warped… but very comfortable. Pill area, beach, restaurants and service/hospitality were great!

Location is right on the water and connected to multiple hotels making pool and beach access super accessible. We loved our swim up bar, Travis was our favorite bartender. The service from our butlers to housekeeping team was great, thank you Andre and Alain. For what you pay for you get access to prime location and good food.
