My treatment was sauna and scrub. It was Wunderfull The therapist mas Fendi knows what he is doing . Massage was amazing. I like strong massage and mas Fendi did perfect massage. Hé also friendly and gives me some advice Where to go in Bali this time. Thank u Fendi and see u Nect time

A wonderful resort in an amazing setting with a private beach on the bottom of the cliff. Great staff and service, lovely rooms in the Mentari block, the buggy service is quick and efficient. The restaurant is excellent with one of the best wine lists that you will see in Bali.

Stayed for one week with family (2 kids). Benefits - villas are beautiful and well maintained -restaurant Di Mare is superb - Resort is beautiful and non-sales staff are very helpful - views are incredible - activities, paid and unpaid are awesome -service people are really wonderful, and go out of there way to help Drawbacks- - VERY HARD SELL to join Karma Elite program. We were messaged every day and also called on our villa personal phone when we didn't answer text messages despite previously indicating we were not interested. They introduce you to a 'personal concierge' who is sold to you as someone who will help you but they are really just a salesperson in disguise. We were 'invited' to meet our concierge everyday at time and locations convenient to them but not us. We were also invited to 'parties' that were sold to us as opportunities for a free drink but they were just another attempt to hound us into joining the program. - location is a bit far away which is good if you want to 'flop and drop' but annoying as you have to get cabs into the central towns - cliff-side lift is good but can only fit 4-6 people so long wait times if lots of people waiting If it wasn't for the hard sell (very annoying and unprofessional) we would have rated karma 4.5 star. (despite the monkeys, or because of them!)

5 adults, siblings and in laws enjoyed 5 days of great food, beautiful views in an idyllic setting. All the staff were friendly helpful and 3 in particular went out of there way each day to make our stay memorable, Kariana, Dirta and Surta always cheerful and with a smile. This is perfect place to have fun, relax. Enjoy the sea air and nature.

Family liked it, thanks for providing the upgrade. Good villa with view, Good food and importantly very friendly staff - smiling and attentive. A place to experience.

Going to the beach from cliff is a challenge due to the queue for the tram, as we decided not to use 300+ steps...

One of the best service rendered by Private Concierge Dewi!! She briefed us in good English and ensured our stay was rly comfortable. We wanted to try out the Spa so badly but it was fully booked but the moment there was a cancellation she helped us booked it immediately. Everyday she’s checking on our comfort and safety. We were so comfy with our stay thanks to Dewi!! Also I would like to extend our gratitude to masseur - Rinanti, Dadi and Lina. Esp Rinanti - she’s so experienced and so firm and skilful with her massage skills! I like her so much - highly recommended. Kudos to Fendi and Puspa for their very friendly and welcoming therapeutic manicure session. In total we booked our massage twice and 1 manicure session for our 5 days stay. Truly enjoyed ourselves! We also met Shaun frm Karma group. He as super friendly to everyone at dinner - making his rounds trying to welcome everyone as we enjoyed cocktail night. He also extended a warm welcome to our family thanking us for the interesting 360 deg view of our villa showcased on our social media. Most welcome. Esp when our 3 room villa is super spacious, comfortable n most exquisitely adorned with a complete kitchenette too! Our family of 3 will highly recommend to stay here at 4 or 5 days at least to rest relax and enjoy the view atop the cliff. One of family’s fave way to unwind for the holidays!

Advertised as a special deal if we attended a one hour seminar. Hard sell apart, we were given an apartment room which was pokey, poorly equipped and had no outlook. There was conditioner but no shampoo, torn sheet and the minibar was not restocked. The gym was pokey and the elevator down to the beach out of order. Food was average. Whilst the view was magnificent, the location was remote. We left 3 days into a week stay. Oh, and a monkey stole my breakfast 🤣

We enjoyed a most memorable holiday stay in a private pool villa at this beautiful resort. The entire experience was enjoyable from the wonderful reception staff, the friendly buggy drivers, the cleaners and other staff who just walked by, everyone greeted us warmly and with lovely smiles. I was fortunate enough to have 2 hours in the amazing spa, the view will cause stress to melt away instantly, before the treatment begins. It was just great.

The staff were all amazing, from the time we arrived till we went home. Went out of their way when our son was ill. The studio apartment we stayed in was lovely with amazing views of the sea from our balcony. Many restaurants to choose from with all different cuisine, with very high standards. I used the spa for yoga and massage which i highly recommend. Beautiful beautiful resort An activity to also do if you can would be a trip out on the bike's Which was great.
