"Très décevant pour pas dire médiocre"

Le personnel très sympathique à l'accueil.

Quand nous sommes arrivés première chambre vraiment pas propre une odeur pas possible, le personnel de l'accueil heureusement nous a proposé une autre chambre pas super propre mais nous avons pas eu le choix. Je ne comprends pas que l'on arrive encore à louer des appartements dans un tel état.

"Hôtel vétuste et sale"

Personnel arrangeant et agréable, l'employé à l'accueil nous a changé d'appartement car dans le 1er la climatisation réversible notamment le chauffage ne fontionnait pas. La literie confortable sur le 2ème appartement et cuisine refaite à neuf.

Vétusté de la résidence et de l'appartement, trop cher 620€ pour 4 nuits, pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, on s'attendait à plus de standing. Table du salon sale, poussière collée sous le plâteau. Salle de bain en mauvais état.Canapé vieux et inconfortable. Balcon en mauvais état et sale. Piscine sale, cours de tennis impraticable non entretenu. Honteux de louer des hôtels appartements dans un etat aussi lamentable. Nous ne reviendrons pas
