My wife and I are on our honeymoon trip this month. We stayed at over 6 different hotels going around different Asian countries/cities. Our experience here at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel has hands down been the best one so far. Our guest experience expert Pea was absolutely the BEST. He was super personable and very professional. He went above and beyond in getting us set up and making sure all of our needs were met. The room decoration was amazing and he went out of his way to leave us a personally hand written note. Pea is an amazing concierge and we can’t wait to visit Chiang Mai Marriott again. This is such a beautiful hotel.

The Italian cuisine at FAVOLA, a Michelin-recognized restaurant, is simply outstanding. The signature seafood risotto and chicken dish are must-tries, and the prawn tomato pasta is an absolute must-eat — don’t skip it! Having lived in Thailand for many years, I can confidently say this is the best Italian food I have ever had in the country. The staff — Khun Pla, Pat, Fah, and LP — were all incredibly attentive and warm. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. Everything about this experience was beyond satisfying. Whether or not you’re staying at the Marriott, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit!
