Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel

Excellent location and very approachable staff.

We are here with family and we must say it is great hotel. Starting with a room, cleanliness or Piita at front desk. The staff is amazing, very genuine and hospitable. I also want to thank to Yui for great massage. Breakfast is really good, wide variety to chose from and again very friendly staff. I can only recommend this hotel.

The food and service at Gaj restaurant in Chiang Mai was superb. Balloon and Tik were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place, great location and wonderful staff. Special thanks to Joajom, Mook and most of all, Kritt for their help. Kritt went above and beyond for us in helping us with our needs to make our stay comfortable and we really appreciated that! The entire staff team was fabulous and I would definitely be back!

KUhn Pat, our waiter, was five star! Friendly, respectful, professional, spoke great English as we understood him well and he understood us well. He went above and beyond for us!

We had a great experience here. Service was fantastic bar a couple of times when language was an issue. Very good breakfast - our days started well every day. We felt that the food at the famous Favola did not live up to expectations though. The chefs showed concern and were very professional when gave our feedback. Overall positive experience. Very convenient location- many attractions were within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Night market is at the door step.

Clean and tidy, nice and friendly staffs

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and Pla and Jasmine could not have been more attentive and helpful and helped make our evening perfect. We all had delicious anti pasta followed by pizzas. I am gluten free and nothing was too much trouble, and I had lovely gluten free bread and very good gluten free pizza. I would highly recommend this restaurant, we are not staying at the hotel but decided to go after reading positive reviews and it didn't disappoint.

I’d like to specially name out the lady Miss Balloon, she served us in the restaurant at breakfast time, she has a great smile, good service and excellent personality to make our trip more delightful and very appreciate her thoughtful service, very sweet! Also would like to thank every staff in the hotel, even the house keeper at 17th floor ! Your great smile and service have made our trip in Chiang Mai even more excellent and would like to come back again! Please keep up the great work and the honor is all yours!

Location The Front Office Manager, Hannah, was excellent. She made us very welcome when we first went to the hotel and constantly followed up with us to ensure that all was to our liking. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Great Manager

There wasn’t constant hot water in the shower, it changing hot, cold, hot continually. It maybe due to the age of the building and the plumbing system
