Driftwood Shores Resort

Everything was really good. The view was amazing. But they had all empty soap containers in the bathroom and shower. I know it's not the busy season yet, but it takes a long time to empty a soap container.

The hotel staff and management was extremely helpful and caring. Their employees are always positive and friendly and the management staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and our dog on an unexpected emergency. The hotel amenities and location are amazing, especially for family and pets. Location to beach is second to none in Florence.

Very nice ocean view. Quick access to the beach. Rooms are adequate for a short stay.

Amazing view from the room, directly ocean access, and friendly staff. However, I would not recommend staying here. The pictures are very misleading about the actual condition of the property and rooms. The resort is very run down, furnishings are stained and bed linens were incredibly thin. Highly recommend moving onto another hotel unless you are willing to tolerate a two star at best experience for a four star view.

The best stay I have had anywhere ever and that’s saying a lot! Beautiful view feeling free and close to God’s beautiful perfection! Highly recommend the bistro! Food is great! Front desk absolutely so kind! Love love!

Location is beautiful, construction was loud. At times bistro was slow and ran out of dishes. We had no shampoo, or conditioner. When we asked for service for our room, we were told, service is only done for those staying a week or more. So instead we walked into our room to find a garbage bag with shampoo, conditioner and extra towels on the bed

What a wonderful place, unbelievable view and the staff was just as amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything you needed for extended stays, we will be back in June for our anniversary

Driftwood Shores was our favorite stop on our ten day trip around Oregon. Right on the beach the location could not have been better. Our Room had massive windows with endless views of the beach and ocean. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. If I was to stay here again I would book for several nights !

Nice not fancy but clean on Heceta Beach. Very convenient. Easy check in and out. Very dog friendly. We’ll be back.

Our stay was good the rooms were very clean. The only problem we had was with our TV it would go off when the box got hot, then we would have to unplug it and wait for about 10 minutes before it would come back on.
