Hampton Inn by Hilton Reynosa/Zona Industrial

This is our go-to place to stay whenever we are in Reynosa. The staff is friendly and accommodating, you feel safe and protected, there’s a nice variety of food options and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

On check-in at the hotel, the desk clerk was not familiar with the rooms being paid for through Travelocity and PayPal so it took a while. The rooms were clean and comfortable allowing for a great nights sleep. A few problems arose in the morning. 1) At about 9 AM the cleaning manager knocked on the door to see what rooms they could clean (they should have known via the computer that we were checking out that day and not bothered us that early). 2) In one of our rooms, the shower had plumbing issues and the hot water only trickled out making a very cold shower or very difficult to get wet and rinsed off. 3) When we arrived to the breakfast room it felt very crowded and dirty. My first impressions of the food service area make me pause to consider if I really wanted to eat the food. They did have what looked like a school soccer team there so that may have played into the appearance, but seemed slow to get it straightened up. In general the hotel was fine, was in a great location for us, but was not the usual service that I have come to expect when staying at a Hampton Inn.

Awesome hotel and staff! Love staying here. I am well taken care of when staying at this hotel! Rooms are in great condition, clean, and with all of the amenities. I highly recommend Hilton Honors members to stay here.

Received a King Size, very comfortable bed, in a smoking allowed floor (yes, I do that), had very good breakfast buffet (eggs, orange or other juices, coffee, toast) included in the room rate, very nice staff and highly convenient location right next to a shopping mall, with all the restaurants one may want, besides a mega market. My stay was quiet and uneventful...well, the TV could have been better.

nice service, great staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, definitely I will recommend this place for stay, this was my second time at this place and I will stay again any time that I visit Reynosa. the location is great just steps from the mall with many options for shopping.

My experience at the Hilton Reynosa was great. It was really quiet and clean environment would recommend it to family and friends defenetly. I will stay again when I'm ever in the Reynosa area again..

Really what more can I ask for? I stayed two nights with my three small kids. Air conditioner was awesome, beds were soft, good hot shower. The free breakfast in the morning was well stocked: waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs, fruit, something for everyone. I was able to do a couple loads of laundry at the self service laundry room. The hotel offers free shuttle to the airport, just ask at the front desk!

Water came out of the shower dark brown. I was in a hurry so I couldn't wait for someone to come and fix it. When I left the hotel I let the people in the front desk about the problem and they were surprised and thanked me for letting them know.

Not good. Immediately when we got there the shower head was spraying all over the bathroom. We called and they fixed it but when we moved to the second room it had the same problem. By then i was frustrated with my stay due to the racist staff and power outage so i didnt bother calling. There was no wifi 2 out of the 5 days and one night there was no electricity. I was compensated for nothing. They tried to get us breakfast at another hotel nearby which just tried to charge us 10 dollars if we ate anything else besides fruit. Don't even try to take a bath. You'll come out even more dirty. We just ran the water in the tub and it basically had dirt at the bottom of the tub. Unbelievable. Just save yourself the trouble and book at holiday inn nearby.

Good pleace and local area, a little things with bath room: Leak in the sink, did not have cold water the shower, the pressure of the toilet very bad. amazing beds!!!
